After activating a clear or retrieve mission, instead of interacting with the mission marker, players can head inside and clear the building. After that, gamers can go back outside and start the mission. This will cause the building's contents to respawn, allowing you to loot the same area twice.

They may also find a safe hidden behind a painting or tucked away in an attic. While these places aren't particularly lucrative, they can be very useful for players during the first couple of days. These homes are also somewhat decent places to spend the first couple of nights.

A Great Place For Base Builders

Whether the player is on a pre-built game or a custom map, they can typically find a handful of Working Stiff Tools stores dotted around the map. Usually, ones based in the forest biome are easier to clear; they tend to have a difficulty rating of between tier 2 and 3. While players may struggle to loot one of these places during the first few days, after a week or so, gamers should have no issues clearing out a Working Stiff Tools.

As is alluded to in its title, Working Stiff Tools shops are normally filled with tools and equipment. Players can expect to find lots of building materials, tools, and a handful of crafting magazines that will allow them to craft better quality items. Players may also come across a few melee weapons if they are lucky.

2 Pop-N-Pills Mini-Mart

There are several types of Pop-N-Pills that 7 Days to Die players can come across while exploring the map. Some are large buildings that span over a couple of floors, and others are smaller supermarket-style buildings. While the largest Pop-N-Pills stores are much harder to loot, the mini-mart versions are fairly easy. The backroom of a Pop-N-Pills Mini-Mart is filled with medicine cabinets and Pop-N-Pills crates.

Pop-N-Pills Mini-Marts are great in the early days when players are in desperate need of medical supplies. Infections are common, so being able to have a handful of antibiotics on hand can be a real lifesaver.

1 Crack-A-Book

Magazines are key to progression in 7 Days To Die. If the player stumbles across a Crack-A-Book, then it's definitely worth looting. As the name suggests, Crack-A-Book stores are bookstores. They are filled with book piles and loot containers that contain all sorts of magazines. These stores are also pretty good for finding paper and cloth fragments, but they are mostly good for getting lots of magazines.

There will be a handful of zombies inside, and maybe even a dog, but players who have gone through their first week shouldn't have much of an issue clearing one of these stores out. If the player is unsure whether they are ready to clear out one of these stores, then they should open up the front door and try to lure some of the zombies outside. It is easier to take down zombies while they are out in the open than to try and kill them inside buildings.
