What is the best section in MetLife Stadium? ›

The Best Seats at MetLife Stadium

First, in my opinion, whether you sit on the Giants side (sections 109 to 117) or the visitor side (sections 134 to 143) some of the best seats are in sections 135, 136, 137, 112, 113, and 114. Putting aside the coolness factor, the best seat would be between rows 10 and 20.

What if it rains at MetLife Stadium? MetLife Stadium is an open stadium but there is cover from row 36 - 45 in sections 121-131, 101-106 and 146-149. If it is a football game they will still play in the rain.

Similar to many other stadiums, Metlife Stadium arranges seat numbers to where in any given section at Metlife Stadium, seat #1 will always be near the aisle closest to the lower labeled section. For example, the seat number one in section 110 is closest to the highest seat number in section 109.

As we said, the best seats for seeing everything happen on the gridiron in perfect clarity are those perches on the 50-yard line. Between rows 10-20 is ideal as you can see the whole field without being too far away. Plus, these seats make it easy for you to follow the game as you have an equal view of both halves.

For games or concerts scheduled after 4:00 PM, it's much easier to find a seat in the shade. Most seats on the west (visitor's) side of the field, as well as sections behind the south end zone, will be shaded for most or all of the game. If you're looking for sun, stick to the east (home) side of the field.

You can bring factory-sealed water or soft drinks that are 20 oz. or less in size. You can also bring reusable water bottles (both plastic and aluminum) but they must be empty upon entry. You are not allowed to bring alcohol of any kind, glass bottles, coolers of any kind, thermoses or ice chests.

The new surface also contains heavyweight infill. Overall, the system should be more durable and lower incidences of player injury. Unlike a number of other new NFL venues, MetLife Stadium does not have a roof, as proposals to include a roof failed, over a dispute for funding.

The designated area for all drop offs and pickups is between parking lots D + E. There is curb space along the roadway that provides a safe area for drop-offs and pick-ups. There is no charge to access the drop-off / pick-up area.

It seems like they get more sun in their eyes that way. More room for a better clubhouse on that side when they were building it.
